Mr. Edds:

I send you a friendly post and you distort it and twist words to suit your own purposes. Apparently you enjoy selective reading and taking things out of context in trying to make your arguments. Unfortunately, nobody other than yourself, is looking for an argument. I am not Peter Lynch nor do I pretend to be Peter Lynch or anyone else... and I am not "running" for "investing czar". You express your opinions and I express mine... both based on our life experiences and specific DD. The only difference perhaps is that I was investing in the market before you were born. I have nothing against day-traders, short-term traders or momentum traders... to each his own and I have expressed that many times.

<<Your condescending attitude, whether to me or MskiHntr or Sean Reiber or . . ., gets a little tiring.>> Have you looked in the mirror lately? Wasn't it you who apologized to this thread just a very short time ago? I did not agree with Sean's idea of doing a count of shares held by thread members and I expressed my reason why. Sean apparently took it the wrong way... and I apologized to him on the thread. MskiHntr (Joe) and I have had many telephone conversations, exchanged PMs and I consider him to be a friend... and I believe he feels the same way.

No, Mr. Edds, it is you, IMO, who are pompous and arrogant. In my post I expressed my thanks to you for taking the time to go over the site, noting all the errors you saw and sending them to TSIG. We all appreciate you taking your "valuable" time to review the site. Your investing prowess is apparently so great that I believe you should offer your "valuable" time to Vanderbilt to help it's endowment and pension funds. Perhaps if you make it grow fast enough they will even consider lowering your tuition. In fact, I am contemplating making that very suggestion this week to the Dean of the medical school. Based upon your post(s), I am sure you believe your "valuable" time would be "invaluable" to them.

Best always,

Marty
