Frank, I reached the same conclusion. I am in Cisco, Dell, and AOL right now. Shane, I am coing to stay out of ERP for now. For long term on ERP, I would pay close attention to Mike Buckley. He maintains a couple of boards on this, and knows more about "The Gorilla Game" and ERP than anyone I know. I know he is in Seibel. He is also very non-confrontational, and easy to talk to.
