Both FSVLX and FSCSX generated Buy signals on October 9th, and are now up by approximately 28 and 21 percent since that time. FSVLX's Momentum Ranking fell just slightly into negative territory on only one day since then, not enough to cause a sale. FSCSX has continued to generate positive momentum and would never have been rated lower than a Hold. Both funds were strong last week, and I would rate them as Ok to Buy currently, although investing new money after a fund has been in Buy territory for 4 weeks is obviously riskier than entering at the time of the initial Buy signal. Regardless of when one invests, however, if a Sell signal is produced the position must be sold, even if it produces a loss due to a late entry.
