I am interested to learn that WinStar is outsourcing its roof right acqusition and I am curious to know how that process is going. Have you found that building owners are receptive? Clearly, one of the most unpredictable factors in projecting WinStar's growth and profitability potential is its ability to obtain roof rights and how much the building owners decide to charge for these rights of way. Also, is it your understanding that Pacific Bell will be using WinStar's circuits for providing additional bandwidth to overloaded CO's or for providing broadband links to business customers? Or both? The company has reached strategic agreements with a number of key players in the industry and I am wondering when the growth curve will start to ramp up.
