David, With regards to DELL, I was a bit disappointed with the lackluster performance for the week. According to my brother in law, using some software from Worden, he indicated that the DELL chart appeared to be lackluster with a decrease in the "Balance of Power". Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that during last quarter, DELL was very quiet until after earnings. Not so, Worden says DELL a BUY as of Nov. 6, 1998. Chart looks good according to my husband HERB. Last week was in an accumalation period. Dorine
