Of the six companies involved in my latest system, TD hosed up the worst: they billed me 3 times for 1 order. Once 2 days after the order and then twice on delivery day. It was a good-sized order - they seriously affected my credit card's available credit ... I got rejected on a $30 transaction at Radio Shack. :-( While I've got it straightened out (I think) I have to recommend some caution with TD. Avoid calling to check on your order - you'll be on hold for 30 minutes and every time a human touches the record it gets more hosed.

While with 6 orders all initiated from the net, I probably did about par, I'll wish everyone better luck than I had with Tiger!
