David, The charts on DELL and MSFT looks like they are topping off. DELL has a strong resistance at 69 so the upside could be limited. What bothers me about DELL is that its not moving much in either direction which could be interpreted that it is topping off or basing out in preparation of another upswing. Im more incline of a topping off process, but who knows in this market. seeya
