Diana, you are aware of course that DGIV would have to meet a bid price of $4 for initial listing, not $1.
The $1 bid is necessary to stay listed on the Nasdaq.

I still like the assumption that DGIV can make deals with Louis International without having a phone number for them. Has anyone thought to ask which companies make up this supposed "consortium"?
