SUGAR LAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1998--Golden Triangle Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:GTII - news) of Sugar Land, announced that the company has signed a contract with ClearWorks Technologies Inc. [OTC BB:CLWK - news] for consulting services.
GTII will receive 75,000 shares of ClearWorks Technologies Inc. of which GTII will give a majority of this stock to our shareholders as a form of stock dividend. Any GTII shareholder as of Nov. 13, 1998, (''the record date'') will receive 1 share of ClearWorks Technologies Inc. for every 15 shares (common or preferred) of GTII.
