Mr. Muir,

Here is some "accurate" information.

1. All of the offers to renegotiate the contract with Minera Humaya have been rejected by the owner.
2. You have not paid the phone bills, for the phone to the mine, and it has been disconnected.

Would you confirm or deny the above for the shareholders? Somehow I doubt that they know this.
