| Here is a quick article released this morning, cross licensing agreement.
ViewCall America, Inc., and Spyglass Inc today
announced a strategic relationship and cross- licensing agreement for Internet-TV technologies.
The agreement enhances each company's consumer focused offerings and ensures the complete
integration of ViewCall's On-TV(TM) with Spyglass Internet TV browsers.

To prepare for its consumer roll-out of On-TV, the personal Internet TV channel, ViewCall
America will license key Spyglass technologies, including its award-winning SurfWatch filtering
technology, Spyglass Web Technology Kit, Spyglass Web Servers, and ProServer. Spyglass will
utilize certain elements of ViewCall's enabling browser technologies to market products based on
open TV-HTML(TM) browser interface standards for use with Internet-TVs, Internet set top
boxes, Internet appliances, and Network Computers, expanding the number of devices that will run
seamlessly on a Spyglass browser and ViewCall's On-TV service.

Spyglass and ViewCall America have also agreed to cooperate in the creation of open TV-HTML
standards that could enhance a consumer's Internet experience. ViewCall has been working with
TV manufacturers and content partners to develop TV-based Web extensions, which will combine
the power of multimedia Internet content with live television signals. These TV-HTML extensions
will be developed as an open standard in cooperation with all manufacturers, Web developers and
content providers that support the continued evolution of open standards to reach a new market of
consumers. The availability of open TV-HTML standards will serve to better integrate the Web
and television, enhancing the quality and availability of TV-friendly content on the Web.

Alan McKeon, President & CEO of ViewCall America, said, "Including SurfWatch within On-TV
is an enormously important feature for parents who care about what their children watch on
television normally. On-TV's personalized approach to delivering information to a TV gives viewers
the ability to choose what types of content they want their children to see on their TV."

Randy Littleson, Vice President of Marketing of Spyglass, said, "For the Internet television to really
take off, viewers must be comfortable with its ease-of-use and quality of content that is displayed.
Our technology was clearly the best choice for ViewCall because we are the only vendor who
offers a complete solution for delivering Web content to the television in the appropriate manner.
This agreement with one of the leaders in Internet television further supports our position as the
leader in the Web device marketplace."

 Good day,
