Five2Mil, Why are you concerned about your legal rights and not what is ethical? You didn't pay for the shares, they are not yours, you should let the brokerage house know because it is the right thing to do. Besides they will figure it out eventually and this way you get to pat yourself on the back for being such a good guy/gal rather than someone that has no moral foundation. JXM
