what does the UPC 11830, warning mean? I thought maybe it just meant that the stock can't be shorted on downtick, but I see that YHOO was shown on a downtick, but no warning was noted there. answering my own question, I did a search on other SI notes and found this definition: No shares to borrow, and naked shorts have to be covered in 10 days Sounds like a broker-enforced short squeeze to me.
