Fat chance....usually the government taketh and keepeth. Moreover, just because the Judge ordered it does not mean it will be paid. I would not hold my breath. The restitution order is probably just as good as wallpaper as the stock.

At best, I would only expect customers of the brokerage firm involved in the prosecution to get any kind of restitution.

Try this: once that yahoo goes to prison, find out where he is (call the US Marshall's Service) and send him photocopies of the stock certs to use for toilet paper.

Or this: once the guy gets out of prison, he will have at least 3 years of supervised release (the federal hybrid of probation and parole). Perhaphs you could convince the judge (better do it in writing though - I doubt he would talk to you on the phone) to make it a condition of his supervised release that he handwrite apology letters to every TLTK stockholder. It won't mean much in $$$, but it sure will be a pain in the @ss for the guy.
