Yes, if the market is always right, than the market is quite bullish. Considerable rise today is the result of the fact that they released news yesterday that they have completed their $9,000,000 private placement offering. As I tried to explain to people before, this is an extremely effective and advantageous method of financing in comparison to the other alternatives (ie. issuing new stock), and the fact that they announced and closed this deal so incredibly quickly is the result of experienced, competent, and shareholder-minded management. If you're waiting for a dip to buy, don't count on it... |
