Schwab insists that it is a 1 for 3 reverse split. I find this
confusing, until we get definite announcement from the company.
At $1.75 price, I can't see how the reverse split of 7 for 10 would
work, since based on Friday's price of around .80, a 7 for 10
would place the stock at $1.14. I don't see any reason why the stock
should have gone up, especially in this soft gold market. A reverse
split usually leads many investors to "split". Forgive the pun.
I also have never had a good experience with reverse splits, but
certainly the value is still there.

We need the input of those in the know.
