Periphonics Corporation Signs Distribution Agreement With CL Consultoria of Brazil

Distributor Will Supply Periphonics' Voice Processing Platforms
to Brazilian Businesses
Periphonics Corporation (NASDAQ: PERI), a leading worldwide provider of products and services for call processing solutions used in Computer Telephony Integration and Telecom Enhanced Network Services, today announced that CL Consultoria of Brazil has been selected as a supplier of its voice processing platforms. CL Consultoria will also provide marketing and support services for Periphonics' products to telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing companies in Brazil.
Founded in 1987, CL Consultoria provides computer and communications hardware, software and applications development to various industrial markets in Brazil. The addition of Periphonics solutions to CL Consultoria's offerings will provide Brazilian companies with products and services that automate call and transaction processing, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced costs.
