Santiago, IMO from inside of the industry, I would say that oil operations will be flat spendingwise while activity will pick up on the gas side since gas prices are firming and rising a bit actually. So a flat to slightly up year. Most inside the industry with whom I have spoken see oil prices firming in late 1999 or early 2000... Now that said our Company is not backing off of its 1999 Capital Budget even one dollar.... Sincerely, Doug F.
