Santiago, IMO from inside of the industry, I would say that oil operations will be flat spendingwise while activity will pick up on the gas side since gas prices are firming and rising a bit actually. So a flat to slightly up year. Most inside the industry with whom I have spoken see oil prices firming in late 1999 or early 2000...

Now that said our Company is not backing off of its 1999 Capital Budget even one dollar....
