NuOasis Resorts had a Conference Call with Broker's and Large position shareholders that just completed. My understanding is that you can call 1.800.526.7151 to listen to it in it's entirety. The call lasts about 2 hours.

Fred DOES NOT WANT TO REVERSE SPLIT the stock.

I think he said the 10k or 1st quarter Q will show shareholder equity of
$ 40,000,000.00.

He talked in length about going after the Cap Gammarth Developers.

He said Flexweight could be a 500 million company within the next 12 months.
