Paula: The company is going to Japan to make money. Once it has money, management hopes to be better able to compete against the now larger rivals. In both markets, Japan and the US, the co plans to sell remote access products, they are not "learning Summo wrestling". They are learning Sun Tsu....The Art of War. When outnumbered by your rivals, retreat and regroup your forces...gain strength, select a new battlefield where you can take advantage of your strength and where your rival cannot take advantage of his.

Of course, if this strategy fails, management will have lots of time to enroll in a Sumo wrestling course.

PS. Just saw the numbers today...they ain't pretty. They only have one more quarter to prove their new strategy is the right course, or they must sell the company.
