Well, one should at least HOPE that they do. But with Iomega's rapidly falling Margins, making a profit is getting more and more difficult. Iomega can sell 50 Million Zip drives, still not make a penny in profit, and have to file for Bankruptcy.

Gross Margins last year were above 30%. Now they are in danger of falling below 20%. Iomega already has negative Earnings. Lowering prices (which they have been doing) does not help this.
