AG, I'm glad you shorted the $hit out of this co's stock & made a bundle. I made the mistake of ordering from this co 10 day's ago, order i received was a partial & billed at the retail price. Spent most of fri calling their 800#(constantly busy), sent 2 e-mails...no reply. Today, finally got thru after 10 mins., put on hold for 40 mins., then disconnected. Finally got thru again, on hold for 15 more minutes...no idea where the rest of my order is & assured me that the amount on the invoice isn't what they charged my card. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a year. Should be able to cover a short in this stock at about a .10.<IMHO> Good-luck JC
