It could just be a personal preference, but the regimen for HIV patients already involves taking a lot of drugs, and products which which may reduce viral burden but do not knock out a drug, but are additive to the regimen - is less preferred vs. a product that helps the patient but also replaces or eliminates part of the regimen.
