I'm dissapointed with the Supreme court upholding that no government attorney can claim attorney/client privilege with another government employee. It essentially says that when you enter government service, or the armed services for that matter, you waive confidentiality in all legal services provided by government expense.

As this seems most pitting against Clinton, the real effect is far larger as erodes individual rights and makes them subordinate to government rights. I wonder if this will be extended to all government employed client/attorney relationships. If so then would that open a can of worms with court appointed attorney situations.. that the prosecutor would be able to grill the defendant's court appointed lawyer on everything that was said or conceived of as defence?
