Well, hello Howard...

To be honest, I'm not sure if in all of his travels - and negotiations - whether Mr. Chin is acting as the CEO of DiVN, a director of DIM acting as an agent of DiVN (or DLD) or as the CEO of the parent company to DLD. Now, I suppose he is also an officer of DLD, so acting in that capacity is also possible, I suppose. :-)

Now, the question that comes to my mind is: If (when) he closes a deal... how will he find out about it? Perhaps, as a director of DIM and agent of DLD, he will report to himself as the corporate officer of DLD, who will then report it to himself the CEO of DiVN who will then send a courtesy memo to himself a director of DIM. In return, he, as a director of DIM, will send a thank you (for the courtesy) and congratulations note to himself, the CEO of DiVN, who will in turn pass on congratulations to himself, the officer of DLD, who may arrange a victory dinner (and cruise to the Bahamas) to himself as a director of DIM, acting as agent for DLD. :-)

Lazarus, with just a thought
