Any idea on how much is the fine... in cents/pounds of lead ?

This is extremely surprising. Based on the numbers, their ore, on average contains 50% silver, 15%gold and 35% lead for a total average metal content of some US$80/ tons... I doubt the fine is much more than 5% to the smelter... This should have minimal impact ???
