To Clark: Even though you are replying to my note (hey, that's a joke, no?), I will not comment that you have the paragraphs and white space that my friend from the north would approve of. Rather I will say that your primary point is refreshing on this board. You are right, so far the "purpose" of the JV has had little comment. And I found your example illuminating. Hope intelligent comments follow. Chaz PS Perhaps posters are waiting for the MSFT / Q presentation tomorrow before discussing "purpose" , since ain't clear to me yet, for example, what the scope and purpose will be
