There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening Nov. 10, 1998, the common shares of Biometric Security will begin trading on the VSE, and the common shares of Sonoma Resource will be delisted. Capitalization: 20,834,412 shares issued Escrow: nil Transfer agent: Pacific Corporate Trust Trading symbol: BMS Cusip No: 09061X 10 4 The VSE has been advised that pursuant to the articles of continuance filed Nov. 6, 1998 with the Wyoming Secretary of State, the authorized capital of the company has been increased from 100,000,000 shares to unlimited shares without par value. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been advised by the company that the company will also be trading OTC:BB.
