I don't think APCO will be affected much by tax selling, especially if it continues gradually higher. I do think that APCO is a minimum $12 in January ..... been looking at that target since August.

What I find interesting is some of the message boards now are not happy that APCO has not blown through the $10 level. I find this very disturbing ...... but par for the course. As far as I'm concerned, APCO has provided almost a 100% profit during the last several weeks. I don't know how anyone could complain about that. Stocks do not go up every day. I am still expecting APCO to drop back some .... which ..... IMO ..... will be the last mother of all buying opportunities to get APCO cheap.
