Thanks for the interest, but while my current residence is Deutschland, my heart is firmly fixed in the good ol' USA. The new software appears to be yet another enabling technology to get billers up and running on E-commerce. I would like to better understand the interrelationship between BillerXpert (and Netscape in general) and the various "partners" listed. It would seem that in some instances (BlueGill, for example) these companies would instead be competing with each other.
