I'm curious at the timing, but I don't think anyone would post something like that without totally verifying it first. If anyone were to suffer damages based on such an erroneous posting, there could well be rather serious legal implications, {for instance, if I sold in the morning and then found out it was not true}, so I'm going on the assumption that the motion has been granted and arbitration will follow.
