Thanks for the prompt responses.
The only reason I can think of for entry onto the VLNC board is to
lay the groundwork for some future project. I would think that a person
in his position would have many, many options for acquiring stock in
all kinds of companies, and that the fee he'll collect would not be
that consequential compared to other seats he might assume. So why Valence?
