NYTimes Business section has a great article on the DOJ case against MSFT. Hard to argue with alot of it. Clearly, the DOJ is beginning to shut the door. MSFT has, in several cases, clearly acted to reduce competition and innovation in order to maintain their control of the market. On the positive side, they did announce a "fix" to the Apple Quicktime problem that "wasn't their fault". (If it wasn't their fault, why did it require a fix?)
