Neither Paul, at least not in the shortterm. The BC settlement or "lawsuit" will occur shortly, either we will get what we are asking for $15,000,000 or we'll go to court trying to get it. BC Gov doesn't want the bad publicity that this will give them. It really will come off as a "david & Goliath" story, and not to many people will be on the side of Goliath! The rest of the mining industry will be watching to see just how "fair" they now are!! The BC Gov has issued a formal writ stating that they want mining back in BC and will proceed quickly to settle ALL outstanding claims!!

we will see!!

The next thing on the Chile property agenda is the issuance a contract to an IP company, the IP will be done during this Month and Dec. Drilling targets identified and drilling to start early January!
