GM, re: ZIP disk drives "COD", over the months I was aware that there was a big stir about the phenomena with accusations leveled at IOMEGA that they were being less then straight forward about the problem. I had also heard rumors as to the cause, that ranged from contamination to non repeatable runout, to failed races in the bearing. The site your poster linked to seems to have more info then I have had which I will read as soon as I can get to it later today. Thanks for the "heads up" By the way, on another subject: Do you see the Sony-Fuji MO announcement as slef defeating with regard to the HiFD from Sony? Best, Stitch
