I think they will get a deal done because I have trouble believing anyone would go thru this much trouble for little or nothing. However, they have issued too many shares so now the company would have a market cap of 20 million dollars with the stock at one dollar! As for promotion, one must be aware that the world is full of trickery, especially around money. No one is going to tell you valuable information, although one can often get it if one can read between the lines. As for the government investigating the securities industry, would not that be the pot calling the kettle black? If you believe John Crudele's latest article, the NY Federal Reserve (not actually part of the government) has virtually admitted intervening in the market itself. Little will change. "Quid leges sine moribus vanae proficicunt?" - "you can't legislate morality". What speculators need to remember, however, is more down to earth, namely, "It is absolutely wrong to gamble in stocks the way the average man does." - Jesse Livermore, Reminiscences of a Stock Operator, pg 131.
