Between Sept. 4th and Nov. 2nd Oaktree Capital Management purchased 1,113,700 shares in the open market. They now own 7,681,200 shares or 20.38%of Autotote. As previously mentioned the 1 million share purchase took place on Nov. 2nd. Quite a sizeable stake, wouldn't you say!
