Having made a few bucks on ISLI, and having bailed on my last post acq. MIFGY shs at 25 5/8 I was about to buy MIFGY recently at 17 before the announcement. Confess to being surprised, but now see an opportunity to buy the combined company for what it would have cost to buy ISLI alone awhile back. It does sound inviting, and as a VIAS shareholder see some similarity. VIAS also went the y2k route and suffered dearly. Shares dropped from 50 to 2 3/4. Bounced back this week to arounf 7 1/2 - 8 and volume moving up, and like MIFGY they have $4 + in cash and other product. They signed a euro conversion contract today that you can review if you choose.

My question is are ADR's treated differently by Money Mgrs., mutual funds etc. Are they restricted in any way from owning these. If not I see no reason not to buy once this settles down, and am comfortable that the mkt isn't due for another big correction which could take MIFGY to 7-8 or lower. Any thoughts appreciated.
