Fred, what evidence do you have that the buyback isn't already signed. To the best of my knowledge, this has just been BS posted by fools on the yahoo boards like MLFer to somehow justify their precious stock not going up in the past two days. If you have evidence in print that the prez is holding things up, then more power to ya. Otherwise, I don't subscribe to this theory... Brian
