Sal,

The short-term run up in NXCO I think is of little importance here. This company has a drug which could in most circumstances replace morphine as a severe pain killer. The market for this drug is huge and I think this company's growth potential isn't priced into it because we may go a little while before we get to and through Phase III trials and the drug gets approved. On top of that, this company will start seeing some nice earnings in the meantime as Corlopam hits the drug community.

I see a similar scenario unfolding for GZTC. They have moved into phase II trials of their human antithrombin III (ATIII), a plasma protein that helps prevent blood clotting in many medical conditions, and have already secured an agreement with BASF to produce showing that the pharmaceutical industry has shown interest in GZTC's transgenic production of proteins and molecular substances as a viable alternative to current mass production methods. If ATIII goes well, they will have a sales base from which to market other transgenic products in the future. I see major growth for this company in the future. Right now I'm not trading on technicalities because although hedging against some risk and picking it up at a better price, I don't think it much affects the bigger picture.

Regards,

Giuseppe Scalamogna
