Jun 1, 98, 10 million float (a known fact)

From Jun 1 to Sept 30:
1. B&T sold 350K shares
2. Other insiders sold 250K shares
3. KP distributed/sold one million shares directly
4. KP distributed/sold one million shares indirectly
5. Doerr distribu/sold 1.1 million shares indirectly

The float increased approx.(min.) 3 million shares.

therefore, 13 million as float as of sept/oct.
