Gary, Interesting. The part about your quote provider taking up 56k of bandwidth. I signed on to MSN this weekend, which someone on this thread said was on UUNET. Got a nice 49k connection, but quotes froze six times the first hour. Tim Luke says we may have ADSL in our area now so I am going to look into that. Supposedly gives 700k or something. That theoretically would solve the problem. wily is on cable and says he eliminated freezes he experienced on 56k. If ADSL isn't available, I will go for ISDN which wily says also solves the problem. I'd sure hate to be paying for a T1 and not be getting good bandwidth. Hope you solve the problem. Rick
