I printed out the TOME for signing up with MBT. Now I have to figure out how to tell them I want the registration in the name of my living trust. Did you do this or sign up personally?

I just signed up personally (my estate planning sucks).

By the way, before you send in the forms you should call in to MBT and be sure you have them all. I know that I was missing one from the download (I must have downloaded the forms before they added another one recently.)

Also, you'll need to call in to request the form for the Vision checking account (so you can access your funds).

Still again, you'll need to call in to request the forms for options trading (if you want to do that).
