Silicon Investor private placement on Web site.

I was intrigued by the private placement Silicon Investor is trying to do on the Web site? I wonder how much they are trying to raise? Do they make any profits off us on this thing? You'd think you'd have to have profits to get investors? Anyone actually interested in giving it a try? Any input or information from someone would be much appreciated.
