I understand from a Reuter's article on Dec. 20th, 1996 that the Philippines has issued new rules for mining firms aimed at strengthening environmental laws and protecting tribal landowners.

How come Fenway has not advised it's shareholder's of this?

Could it be that the new rules require them to obtain permission from the indigenous peoples before exploring etc. their ancestral lands? At last report the indegenous people are very much against this proposed project so doesn't this present a very serious problem aside from all the other issues like permits etc?

As I said I don't have a financial interest, but just an international observer making comments about the unreal nature of information being issued by some VSE companies to promote their shares.

I will not make a lot of comments about Stradec, AIA and AIG. However, Stradec is a very small Philippine company which basically was involved in the highway project. It doesn't have a lot of history besides the circumstances for the highway financing was completely different. Where did you get the idea Stradec is taking 60% ? It just says they would be responsible in PLACING.

In regard to potential profit taking I can only say:

GREED KILLS !

Hope you know what to do. Wish you good luck.
