FYI, PE at 60 would be 24 based on 2.45 estimates for fiscal 1999. The nice thing is that fiscal 1999 is only 2 quarters away. Given that the entire sector seems to be looking forward to 25-30% growth for the next few years, I think 60 is going to come soon. Why else would the volume be so large? I'm sure all those folks buying today see 60 coming soon or they wouldn't have been buying so much today.

I'll go out on a limb and predict a split announcement at 60 which should get us to 65 sometime before year's end. If they meet 2.45 by next March, then a price of 65 would have a trailing PE of 26.5 This is not an overvalued hype stock. Like they said, it's a nice "defensive" play. I can wait another 4 months for 65 if not sooner. Any price above that sooner is just gravy, but with the market being giddy lately, it could happen. After that, we have 25-30% growth to look forward to for 2000. No wonder they were buying today :)
