With all due respect, please explain your response. You emphatically deny the charge that Franklin is holding the audit--Where's your proof? Have YOU contacted the AUDITING firm and confirmed that they still in fact have not completed it ?
Calling Helen 10x a day doesn't put the audit out. Why would I contact the company when I already know what their response will be ?
As mentioned in pervious posts, This accounting firm is Corbin & Wertz CPA's (per Andre's post 1735). If what Franklin is saying is true, I would imagine a few well placed calls to this firm advising them that their name and reputation is being trashed on SI on a daily basis as a result of them not completeing there work in a timely manner would certainly evoke a response.
I agree that the numbers in the audit are meaningless. The importance is the filing & reporting status as has been explained here many times. Nothing is going to happen until the audit is released. NONE of the big players are going to get involved UNTIL they are a reporting Co. Cut and Dried.
This is not Intel or IBM. They have 35 employees. The audit WAS DUE OVER 4 WEEKS AGO !!!! There's simply something not right about this whole situation.
AS shareholders we have EVERY RIGHT to demand this information forthwith.
