I also hear from a local MPLS brokerage spy (and they are short) of some negative goings on in the assembly, esp the gas tanks?? They reportedly?? heard this from a customer who supplies parts to the manufacturer and has been in Belle Plaine facility, rumor and basically this is an old rumor. They still had 14K to short in house at RJ Steichen, some at Piper, Too. I suspect a portion of the increase in the short position is from this convert offering, they must have themselves covered somewhere.
That offering was pretty dilutive, but about the only way to get cash, I still think they are going to need more financing before this is all over.
The Yahoo board is more of a religious thong than an investment board, man I like a great new bike but these guys are playing with the big boys. Shoot polaris might get run out of town, but 100 million loss to them is not a mortal wound.
With all the hype, this could go to twenty, it could also die a slow and agonizing death. Whew, what to do..........
