Over population is far and away the biggest problem facing all of us IMHO.Nobody seems to understand that America is the most overpopulated nation in the world when you consider that we are 5% of the worlds population and use 25% of the worlds natural resources and produce 25% of the worlds pollution! Think about it. Want to go to a National park? Better make your reservation six months in advance. They blame the developers for using up natural habitat. Where are Their children going to live? At home? Don't make me laugh. Do you recycle? conserve energy and water? Guess what? The family down the street that just had their third child negates all the conservation you will do in your life time.That child will drive a car.Every product it uses in it's life time will use natural resources most will contribute to the pollution problem. The food he/she eats will take land, pesticides, fertilizers, to produce. How many barrels of oil used in the production of all the products each of us uses in our life time? Our life style pollutes. We ain't going back to the horse and buggy days. We can worry about global warming till we are blue in the face but without zero population growth all our problems just get worse.And what does the government do? Give tax credits to people for more children.That's it have those with no children finance other people's breeding habits.Good thinking!You see Backup you struck a nerve with that innocent post of yours.
