Techie! ALL! i called the 201-467-1010 since i reside in NJ and spoke to a Karen and did confirm that 1200000 was listed to offer to the public at 18.75(the share traded price at time of listing) and she said iat what price they will offer it is undecided since the date for the sale is still up in the air...??? what does that mean when an offer is made to the public in form of a secondary is IMO a stock dilution but an effect that works as a price stabilizer at what level we don't know?? any takers,opinions??? that explains the price downward movement??? Salim PS Karen said an underwritter is not elected as of yet to market the Secondary issues??
